DESIGNING
All designs are done in house by our design and engineering team. We work with client concepts, designer sketches or we can provide you an initial design drawing to start your project. Our design services are free of charge if a contract is signed.
PRICING
All pricing is done in-house based on initial drawings. Occasionally, a price is provided based on plans that are sent to us by designers, builders, or architects before the initial design is created.
SURVEY
After pricing and initial drawings are approved we will send our engineer to measure the space and get all the details that are at the location of your project. This service is part of the proposal/contract and is included in the price. The survey could take multiple days based on the size of the project.
ENGINEERING
After the initial design is approved and the survey is complete we will make engineering drawings and send them to your builder or superintendent for final approval before production. This service is part of the proposal/contract and is included in the price.
MATERIALS SOURCING
We are using a large variety of materials. In our shop, you will find the highest quality wood, plywood, edge banding, or any other materials that will give your project the best quality. We do not stock materials, all our materials are sourced based on your project needs.
MANUFACTURING
All products are manufactured in our factory by our highly skilled craftsmen. We are using a wide range of tooling and machinery from hand tools that require manual handling up to the latest CNC technology available. Everything is based on what best fits the needs of your project.
DELIVERY
We can deliver the completed work to the job site or it can be picked up at our factory. Our delivery fees are separated in your contract. If you contracted us for installation the delivery is included in your proposal/contract and is itemized separately for each area. We are using a subcontractor for all our deliveries. They are specialized movers and have multiple trucks and manpower specific for your job.
INSTALL SERVICES
Choosing the right installers for your job could be difficult. If the job is not installed correctly all the skills and quality craftsmanship put into manufacturing our products could be lost. Mistakes in cabinet handling and installation could damage the product leading to additional expenses.
We have partnered up with MasterCraft to provide our clients with a highly skilled team of installers who have great knowledge of our products. MasterCraft is a residential and commercial service in Souderton Pennsylvania that focuses on carpentry installation, remodeling of all areas of the home including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and basements.
They serve the Southeastern PA region and the surrounding areas.
Installation using our subcontractors is optional, and the price for install is separate in the Proposal/Contract.
